Flea Markets in Jacksonville Florida Can Be Dangerous – Man Shot at Flea Market

Florida Flea Markets are places for bargains and also . . . violence. Gun fire recently broke out a the Norwood Flea Market located at 5301 Norwood Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida. I personally have been at this flea market. I brought my children there when they were younger. I remember the pony ride and some of the vendors. Little did I know that it would be a place of violence and gun fire in the future. A 29 year old man was shot in the right as he was heading to his car from the flea market. Two bullets hit the victims car as well. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office will investigate the incident to determine the identity of the shooter and if the shootings resulted from a personal dispute, business dispute or some other cause.
