Dangers of Unlicensed Florida Day Care Centers – Boy Hit on Head or Shaken at Flagler County Day Care Center


Christina Cinelli-McFall, a 30-year-old woman of Palm Coast, Florida was arrested on a criminal charge of child abuse. Cinelli-McFall was the operator of Chrissy’s Cottage, an unlicensed day care. She was arrested after a 1-year-old boy suffered injuries under her care. According to investigators, the child was either hit with a blunt instrument or shaken. The infant was hospitalized more than a month in Jacksonville, Florida and still requires medical care.
