The Florida wrongful death of a child is a life changing event for a family as well as the community. It is not something that anyone can prepare for or that anyone can expect. It is also unnatural for a child to die before a parent. Nevertheless, children are the unfortunate victims of hit and run accidents. Anytime that a child is riding a bicycle or walking in or near a roadway – drivers should exercice the utmost of caution and slow down.
