Rain and Weather Conditions Cause Older Driver to Hit Younger Pedestrians Causing Serious Injuries

The Florida Times Union reported that two teenagers (Malik Lee – age 13 and James Nelson – age 16) were recently hit by an older driver in Baker County. It was reported that a 92 year old driver was driving on County Road 139 when the incident took place. The incident took place at 8:00 p.m. in the evening. The teenagers were taken to Shands Jacksonville for treatment and evaluation of serious personal injuries.
