Florida officials have completed an investigation and incident report as to how 40 children were shocked by stun guns during investigations at Florida prisons.
While no children were hospitalized or suffered serious personal injuries, the demonstrations, which did in fact shock these children, showed poor judgment on the part of prison employees and officials. The ages of the children ranged from 5 to 17 years old. The children were visiting the prisons as part of the “Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day”.
