Goldilocks and the Three Bears is a classic children's story that has been around for generations. A legal analysis of Goldilocks and the Three Bears would include a review of the concepts of trespassing, burglary, and larceny. Poor Goldilocks - she really did not know the trouble that she was asking for. I suspect that other classic childhood stories are filled with legal issues as well. I know - there I go again- thinking like a lawyer. Anyway, I ran across a modern day version of the Goldilocks Story that recently took place in Massachusetts.
